Are you available 24 hours a day?
Yes. We offer a 24/7 emergency call-out service, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. We provide rapid response for all Emergency Plumbing, Roofing & Electrical Issues across Essex.
What types of emergencies do you deal with?
We can assist with a range of problems, including burst pipes, water leaks, plumbing failures, boiler breakdowns, heating faults and other urgent plumbing issues.
We also have Emergency Services for Electrical and Roofing Issues.
Do you offer non-emergency appointments?
Yes. Alongside our emergency call-outs, we offer scheduled appointments for routine plumbing repairs, maintenance, servicing and replacement work.
Can you help if i have no heating or hot water?
Yes. we can help assess boiler and central heating problems and advise on the appropriate repair.
Do you cover gas-related issues?
Yes. Our Engineers are Gas-Safe Registered and are Qualified to carry out Gas-Related Emergency and Works.
How do i arrange an emergency call-out?
Contact us by telephone and explain the issue you’re experiencing. We’ll discuss the problem with you and advise on next steps and availability.
Is the Call Out fee the cost of the works to be completed?
Once our Engineer has attended the Call Out and assessed the Emergency, we will provide a quote for the repair or work to be carried out. There is no obligation to go ahead with the works to rectify the Emergency.

We have Engineers based throughout the whole of Essex, we can attend Emergencies in every town, village or city within Essex.
